Mark came out to give an estimate for granite counter tops, new sink and faucets. Arrived on time which is a pleasant surprise in Sussex County. Found him to be very professional and the work when completed was to our liking. I also used him for a glass shower door. He came back to fix a cabinet in the kitchen where he installed glass fronts that had come apart 3 years later. He did so at no charge and again arrived within a day of us calling the office. Mark and Jason just completed work on our master bath vanity. They installed new cabinets, quartz countertops, new sinks, mirrors, and light fixtures. Mark met with us several times until we were sure which cabinet we wanted and although we had to wait a while for it to come in, the end result was worth it! The team is great and you feel comfortable leaving them in charge. The day after we signed our contract I got a link to go to an online tracking website where I could monitor progress, see pictures of before and after and see that the work was being done as promised. We contracted with Atlantic Kitchen & Bath (AKB) to design and build an extensive kitchen renovation for our home. It involved multiple design and planning consultations with the AKB team. They were a diverse group with differing tastes and suggestion for us, which we greatly appreciated. They accomplished the work flow i.e. architectural plans, product and paint selection, demolition, installation all within the contract. Their joint expertise and commitment to our project was outstanding. At the end of each day the kitchen, dining and living room areas, which were all open and connected, were cleaned and the subcontractor's material was taken either offsite or put in our garage, - Denise
The project manager was on-site every day and the owner was there to look at and talk to the project manager about the work to be done and the work that was accomplished. The executive office assistant that coordinated the project and the kitchen designer also responded promptly when we had questions or concerns. AKB uses the BuilderTrend app which was extremely helpful with communicating to everyone at once or for us to watch the progress of the project. - Diane

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen! A lot of other places could only do part of what we wanted. It was hard finding a company that could move walls and plumbing plus do electrical work. Atlantic did everything we wanted and more. Their designer had such great ideas and kept us in the loop with pictures during construction which was important since we live out of town. Several years after our kitchen remodeling was completed, there was an unexpected shift in the seam of our quartz countertop which required attention. A quick call to Sunny at Atlantic began the process of resolution. Since our warranty period was past, I naturally anticipated that the repair would be at our cost, but I needed to know the name of the installer to proceed. Instead Sunny offered to contact Tony, our project manager, and the installation company to set up a date for the repair at no cost to us. Not long after, the repair team arrived, accompanied by Tony, and performed a minor miracle of perfectly realigning the sections of stone. The countertop is now once again as beautiful as the day it was installed!
